Monthly bookkeeping and payroll processing (AR/AP, revenue recognition, close, depreciation)
Handle bill payments and customer invoices
Prepare financial reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) with variance analysis
Produce business metrics for internal and investor reporting
Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
Support grant applications and related financials

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
2-3 years' experience in general bookkeeping
Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems is asset
Detail-oriented with strong time management to meet deadlines
Nice to have: Progress toward CPA designation
