📋 Description

• Coordinate capital draw payments for JV arrangements from request through approval and funding.
• Prepare and assemble draw packages, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and consistent
• Track each draw against its funding schedule and follow open items through to resolution.
• Own the capital draw calendar, managing submission, approval, and funding deadlines across multiple
• Keep internal reviewers and approvers on schedule with timely reminders and clear asks, and
• Build strong working relationships with JV partners and senior internal stakeholders across

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, treasury, or business or project coordination.
• Exceptional attention to detail: you catch the amount that's off by a digit and the missing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with
• Highly organized, with proven ability to manage schedules, deadlines, and follow-ups across
• Strong Excel skills and comfort maintaining trackers, calendars, and status reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain momentum in high-growth environments
