📋 Description

  • Manage day-to-day accounting for German legal entities
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and review accounts
  • Process supplier payments and bank transfers with approvals
  • Reconcile intercompany transactions and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare German VAT and payroll tax filings

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years German accounting experience under HGB
  • Experience in software/SaaS industry
  • Knowledge of German VAT and payroll tax
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP
  • Fluency in German and English
