📋 Description

Manage cash application team; ensure payments posted accurately within SLAs.
Lead investigation/resolution of unapplied, unidentified, and disputed payments.
Perform reconciliations between bank deposits, ERP data, and the GL.
Maintain internal controls and SOX-compliant documentation.
Identify process gaps; drive automation and reduce manual work.
Develop and track KPIs (e.g., same-day posting, aging, accuracy).

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics.
6–8 years in AR, cash application, O2C, or related finance.
2–3 years leading a team in shared services or global finance.
Experience with Oracle and Workday (or similar) and AI tools.
AR automation, cash tools, bank portals, or matching experience.
Strong AR, Billing, Collections, Treasury in multi-currency environments.
