📋 Description

• Vendor data and onboarding; AP, P2P processing
• End-to-end accounts payable and procure-to-pay workflows
• Prepare payment proposals; handle foreign currency payments
• Bank reconciliations and discrepancy investigations
• VAT compliance for European and UK entities
• AI-driven accounting projects; automate reconciliation and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years in a similar AP/VAT role
• Austrian Bilanzbuchhalter preferred or willing to obtain
• Strong knowledge of per diem and multinational reimbursement rules
• Proficient with NetSuite and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
• ERP experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
