Accounting Analyst

📋 Description

• Reconcile credit card transactions daily (purchases, interest, fees, payments).
• Complete a daily delinquency report.
• Provide financial audit support to Head of Accounting.
• Maintain/update report on employee bonus schedule and grant details.
• Assist Month End close; prepare card entries and docs for bookkeeper.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience reconciling credit card transactions.
• Prior experience with month end close processes.
• Banking, lending or hedging experience.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Flexible to US Pacific time 10 AM to 7 PM with 1 hour break.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus.
