📋 Description

• Record financial docs in Oracle NetSuite monthly
• Track vendor invoices and allocate to correct cost centers
• Review employee expense reports for approval
• Prepare payment plans and coordinate with payments team
• Share recorded documents with accounting and tax teams
• Run monthly trial balance checks and reconciliations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business admin, or related field
• Minimum 2 years in accounting, tax, and finance
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel
• Proactive, self-directed, and takes initiative
• CPA qualification is a plus
• English: Advanced; daily use and interviews in English
