Accounting Associate

📋 Description

• Day-to-day general accounting and payables support
• Support and coordinate finance: AP, travel, and expense admin
• Assist month-end and year-end close activities
• Support financial audits and Tax/J-Sox compliance
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate postings
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain QMS

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years accounting experience handling payables and closings
• Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP) and MS Word
• Strong analytical, computer, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail; doc procedures and workpapers
• Team player; able to collaborate with diverse departments
• ERP SAP experience; intercompany/multi-currency exposure a plus
