Accounting Associate

📋 Description

• As Accounting Associate, start in accounting; report to Controller.
• Serve as Accounts Payable champion; review invoices and expenses.
• Ensure books stay GAAP-compliant.
• Review invoices, expense reports, and credit card expenses for GL coding.
• Respond to internal and vendor inquiries about expenses.
• Assist with month-end close and journal entries.

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
• Exceptional communication and cross-collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with financial and administrative systems/technologies
