📋 Description

• Review and audit QuickBooks Online transactions to ensure expenses are accurate, complete, and
• Reconcile credit card transactions, debits, expenses, and other financial activity while
• Verify that transactions are correctly categorized according to the established Chart of Accounts.
• Maintain organized and complete digital financial records to support month-end reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting administration, finance administration, or a closely
• Regular hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and strong familiarity with transactional
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to communicate
• Excellent attention to detail and a consistently high standard of accuracy when reviewing large
• Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and time-management skills.
