Accounting Coordinator

📋 Description

• Perform corporate month-end close activities including journal entry preparation and account
• Preparation of US and International intercompany journal entries, financial accruals, bank
• Preparation of financial statement account flux analysis
• Produce ad-hoc reports, analysis, and special projects
• Assist with audit by providing supporting documents and answering procedural questions for auditors
• Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline accounting workflows, enhance data accuracy, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (mandatory)
• 2-3 years of professional, relevant experience
• Experience with ERP systems (mandatory)
• Intermediate Excel skills, (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal controls
• Team oriented personality
