Accounting Data & Technology Manager

📋 Description

• Architect and build automation solutions and manage data pipelines for global accounting operations
• Act as the accounting team's SAP S/4HANA expert, ensuring SAP implementation reflects best practices
• Challenge design decisions during SAP implementation, identify native capabilities to replace
• Own accounting team's requirements, testing, and sign-off for SAP configuration across core FICO
• Partner with system integrator, IT, and Finance Transformation for data migration and master data
• Own SAP continuous improvement roadmap, streamline close processes, monitor system performance

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting systems, ERP administration, or finance technology
• Deep hands-on SAP S/4HANA FICO experience
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP S/4HANA configuration across GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and financial
• Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation
• Strong understanding of accounting close processes, U.S. GAAP, and ERP impact on financial reporting
• Experience with SAP master data governance, chart of accounts design, and configuration
