📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and publish data governance policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines for
• Maintain the business glossary and data dictionary for key finance master data objects.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline master data requests, approvals, and
• Monitor compliance with governance policies and escalate issues as needed.
• Perform data profiling, quality assessment, and KPI reporting on governance metrics, and support
• Facilitate governance council or data stewardship councils with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 3–5+ years of data analysis experience, with hands-on experience in master data management, data
• Experience developing and enforcing data standards, policies, and procedures across
