Accounting & Finance Development Program (all genders) (2 years temporary / full-time)

📋 Description

• Complete four six-month rotations over a two-year period in different Finance functions
• Support Operations Controlling in Ludwigshafen and Commercial Affiliate FP&A in Wiesbaden in
• Gain experience in additional Finance functions across Europe, including a planned rotation at the
• Work on a wide range of projects and develop professional and personal skills
• Work in a cross-functional matrix organisation and develop business acumen
• Participate in international meetings, training and development activities

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting with a related Bachelor’s degree preferred; alternatively
• Willingness to complete two six-month rotations outside Germany
• At least one internship in Finance and Accounting
• Academic or practical experience in Accounting, Controlling or Financial Reporting
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as strong problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication, leadership and project management skills
