Accounting & Financial Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Own procurement activities, including vendor negotiations, contract review and management, and
• Own tax-related activities and other accounting projects as needed.
• Support accounts payable and expense management activities, including transaction reviews
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, account analysis
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, inconsistencies, risks, and opportunities for
• Investigate complex accounting issues, determine root causes, and recommend practical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or approximately 2–5 years of
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Salesforce.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, or advanced reporting tools.
• Experience with procurement processes, vendor relationships, and contract management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage priorities and deliver results.
