Accounting Intern (Part-Time)

📋 Description

• Reconcile company credit card charges to GL accounts by department and expense type
• Gather receipts and supporting docs for expenses and upload to accounting system
• Assist bank transaction reconciliation; match activity to internal records and flag discrepancies
• Support reconciliation of carrier commissions against statements
• Assist with other ad hoc accounting and finance projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Foundational knowledge of debits, credits, and the general ledger
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work on-site in our Brewery District office
