Assist in monthly close and maintain GL accuracy
Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and billing
Process weekly transactions and 1099 forms
Perform month-end close duties and bank/credit card reconciliations
Maintain balance sheet schedules (accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, debt amortization)
Provide daily/weekly/monthly reporting and ad hoc insights
