Accounting Lead

📋 Description

• Supervise daily activities of the accounting team.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Provide coaching to ensure quality and development.
• Prepare and review journal entries per policy.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve open items.
• Coordinate month-end close with the Senior Accounting Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
• 4–6 years of accounting experience with US GAAP
• Hands-on US GAAP in journal entries and close
• 1+ year supervising or leading junior accounting staff
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and cross-functional communication
