Accounting Lead

📋 Description

• Own and lead the accounting function, incl. month-end close, audits, tax.

• Build scalable processes and infrastructure; hands-on role shaping ops.

• Manage external accounting partners; ensure US GAAP compliance.

• Lead multi-entity accounting and transfer pricing work.

• Own billing/payments ops, incl. Stripe; improve Quote-to-Cash.

• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Ops, Legal, and Finance to scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of accounting in a high-growth tech company.

• Deep US GAAP, technical accounting, and SaaS revenue recognition expertise.

• Experience supporting multi-entity businesses and international ops.

• Familiarity with transfer pricing, intercompany accounting, and international tax.

• Strong understanding of billing systems and revenue operations.

• Builder mindset; stay close to the details; partner with commercial teams.
