Accounting Lead

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end accounting close
• Ensure timely close across global entities
• Own balance sheet reconciliations
• Review accuracy and completeness of expenses including accruals
• Prepare period-over-period analysis
• Assist with order-to-cash process

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in public and private company roles
• Proficient in US GAAP (revenue, leases, stock comp)
• Experience building AI-enabled finance processes
• Drive operational efficiency to scale accounting
• Self-directed, detail-oriented process designer
• IPO experience with enterprise B2B software (preferred)
