Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a team of accountants across core GL functions.
• Oversee AP & T&E processes; ensure expense accuracy and accruals.
• Run month-end close; ensure a timely, accurate close.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX; maintain strong internal controls.
• Drive automation and efficiency using AI; implement scalable processes.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and other teams to scale financial operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, incl. 2+ years at Big 4.
• Experience leading AP, T&E and/or accounting operations.
• Proficiency in ERP (NetSuite preferred); experience with Numeric, Zip, Brex, and AI tools.
• Deep expertise in US GAAP (consolidations, ASC 842, investments, accruals, currency).
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborate with technical and non-technical partners.
