Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Own accounting operations and reporting (GL, AP/AR) with US GAAP.
• Run the month-end close and automate it.
• Manage Senior Accountant and outsourced team; move to in-house.
• Prepare for external audits, including documentation and memos.
• Apply ASC 606 revenue recognition and ASC 842 lease accounting.
• Evaluate and optimize accounting systems/workflows; drive automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Big 4 audit and startup background preferred.
• US GAAP knowledge with ASC 606/ASC 842.
• Strong systems instincts; automation-first mindset.
• Tech-savvy and AI-curious; enjoy building.
• Operational owner mindset; autonomous; fast-paced.
