Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee daily accounting operations: AP, AR, billing, collections, payroll, GL.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual statements.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and local regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team; establish strong internal controls.
• Manage intercompany accounting, consolidations, and currency translation.

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum of 5 years accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with foreign currency translations and intercompany accounting; consolidations.
• ERP system experience; QuickBooks Online a plus; Excel proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.
