📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Accounts Payable team, setting clear priorities and supporting accurate
• Map existing accounting and P2P workflows to identify repetitive tasks, manual handoffs
• Build and deliver an automation roadmap that moves targeted processes toward touchless processing
• Own AI, automation, and process improvement projects from discovery and requirements through
• Apply a full-cycle accounting perspective to process changes, ensuring transactions flow correctly
• Improve the connections between purchasing, goods receiving, invoice matching, vendor management

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an Accounting Manager, with a strong foundation in full-cycle accounting, the general
• A broad accounting background that allows you to assess how changes in AP and purchasing affect
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI and automation in accounting or finance workflows. You've
• Experience delivering an accounting or finance system implementation, integration, or significant
• Practical knowledge of P2P processes, including vendor invoices, purchase orders, approvals
