Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Manage all accounting operations and ad hoc analyses.
• Lead contractors and help grow the in-house team.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, year-end close and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management financial packages and analyses.
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts and prepare payroll journal entries.
• Coordinate with partners to improve financial reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in accounting/finance, mix of public and private.
• Biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Strong project management with prioritization and deadlines.
• Experience managing external service providers and cross-functional relationships.
• Self-starter with collaborative mindset and mission-driven approach.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
