Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead accounting staff to maintain the general ledger and GAAP compliance.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and roll forward schedules.
• Prepare daily and monthly journal entries and supporting schedules.
• Manage month-end close and analyze statements for discrepancies.
• Review monthly sales commissions, reimbursements, and staff reports.
• Assist with audit, tax filings and budgeting documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years GL experience in a high-growth SaaS environment and/or public accounting
• Experience in the review and implementation of financial controls and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite strongly preferred
