Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Drive month-end close, budgeting, treasury, and AP/AR.
• Build scalable accounting processes and internal controls.
• Partner with leadership and operations for decision support.
• Report to senior leadership and collaborate with teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting; real estate exposure preferred.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge; accruals and month-end close.
• Experience managing AP/AR, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Proficient with QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio; advanced Excel.
• Startup/high-growth mindset; able to build processes.
