Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Manage a two-person accounting team across payroll, benefits, cash, investments, and fixed assets.
• Lead accounting for internally developed software per ASC 350-40 with Eng/Product/FP&A.
• Ensure timely journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close with automation focus.
• Research and document complex transactions: commissions, intercompany, currency, and deferred comp.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support SOX controls and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop your team, providing coaching and career development opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with Big 4 or public company experience preferred.
• 1+ year of direct people management experience.
• Experience in technology or SaaS industries.
• Experience with high-volume, multi-currency transactions in a global environment.
• Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred.
• CPA preferred; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
