Finance Manager / FP&A Lead role across US and UK operations.
Hands-on role with FP&A, financial reporting, accounting, and month/quarter-end close.
Collaborate with US and UK Controllers and biotech group leadership.
Ensure accurate, timely, high-quality financial reporting and close processes.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Biotech or life sciences experience is preferred.

🎯 Requirements

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
Significant experience in finance, FP&A, financial reporting, or related areas.
Strong biotech or life sciences industry experience.
US GAAP knowledge; familiarity with UK GAAP.
Experience with US/SEC reporting and multi-entity environments.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
