Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Lead month-end close and prepare financial statements.
• Perform bank, credit card, intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packages; budget variance analysis.
• Track KPIs and support decision-making with insights.
• Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash flow, and capital planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience; real estate or property management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accrual accounting, month-end close.
• Experience managing AP/AR, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio or similar systems.
• Advanced Excel; financial modeling and analysis.
