Lead day-to-day accounting for AIR's property management system (Entrata)
Act as SME on the property management system; partner with operations on onboarding
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles
Analyze financial results and communicate insights
Prepare and review financial statements, results, and reconciliations
Resolve complex GAAP accounting issues

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
5-7 years of progressive accounting experience.
Real estate, REIT, or property management experience preferred.
CPA preferred.
Strong GAAP knowledge.
Analytical and decision-making skills.

🎁 Benefits

Expected base salary of $95,000- $125,000.
