Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Primary contact for assigned clients; deliver professional service.
• Lead client meetings; present financial information and recommendations.
• Review GL activity, reconciliations, and journal entries for accuracy.
• Oversee multiple engagements; ensure quality, efficiency, timely delivery.
• Supervise and mentor staff and senior accountants; develop skills.
• Stay current with GAAP, regulatory updates, and accounting tech.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA preferred; EA designation or equivalent considered.
• 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting preferred).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and mentoring staff.
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software (QB, Sage, Bill.com, Gusto, etc).
