Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the monthly financial close process, including reviewing prepaid expenses, fixed assets
• Oversee the preparation and review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigate
• Manage account reconciliations, close tasks, and certifications through FloQast, supporting broader
• Supervise offshore accounts payable representatives employed through a third-party service
• Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, vendor inquiries
• Monitor daily cash activity and support the accurate and timely application of client payments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least five years of progressive accounting experience, including month-end close, balance sheet
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, accounts payable operations, accounting
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and accounts payable workflow platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and working proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and web-based
• Ability to lead and hold internal, outsourced, or offshore accounting team members accountable
