Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Own the month-, quarter-, and year-end close process across all entities
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and consolidation adjustments
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, including intercompany eliminations and
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and support local statutory reporting requirements
• Serve as a primary contact for external auditors, managing PBC lists
• Define future-state operating model: which tasks agents perform, which remain with humans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in accounting, CPA a plus
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, high-growth or PE/VC-back experience a
• Experience implementing AI, RPA, or workflow automation in a finance function
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent understanding of internal controls and ability to build internal processes
• Comfort working across time zones, with flexibility for overlap with Ireland and India
