Manage revenue, AR, payroll, commissions, Opex, prepaids, fixed assets.
Review contracts to identify accounting implications.
Improve accounting workflows in Rillet and finance stack.
Build controls to improve accuracy without added complexity.
Use AI and automation to speed up the close.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years accounting exp, ideally in high-growth SaaS.
Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and monthly close.
Revenue recognition for subscription software experience.
Independently research problems, form POV, drive resolution.
Critical thinking; identify when a process or result doesn't make sense.
Comfort creating or improving processes.
