• Execute monthly close components to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and post journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules.

• Streamline the overall close process for speed and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
• Active CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including Big Four audit.
• In-house accounting lead at a growth-stage company on a lean team.
• Own balance-sheet accounting and support external audits.
• Experience writing technical memos (ASC 606, leases, equity).
