🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 8+ years of relevant, client-facing accounting experience in public accounting
• At least 2 years of experience managing, coaching, or developing an accounting team.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA or MBA is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong technical accounting expertise and demonstrated ability to establish financial controls and
