Accounting Manager, DPS

📋 Description

• Lead all accounting operations for the U.S. government subsidiary
• Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reporting
• Manage revenue recognition under ASC 606, including identification of performance obligations and
• Oversee timekeeping and labor distribution in compliance with government contracting requirements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, FAR, and applicable government cost accounting standards

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or management experience
• Experience with U.S. government contract accounting and compliance (FAR, DCAA, cost accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
• Experience with revenue recognition under ASC 606, including standalone selling price and
• Experience managing external audits and working with auditors
• Experience with government timekeeping and labor compliance
