Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end accounting function: GL, close, financial reporting, payables, receivables, payroll
• Prepare monthly financial statements: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow.
• Collaborate with Operations on inventory, COGS, landed costs, standard costing, variances.
• Partner with Revenue Ops on AR, billing, collections, revenue recognition, order-to-cash.
• Maintain internal controls and GAAP-compliant policies; leverage third-party firm as needed.
• Support audit/tax processes and ad hoc analyses with CFO transition in mind.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years progressive accounting; hardware/manufacturing experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls experience.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and advanced Excel.
• Experience with month-end close and financial statements.
• Exposure to inventory accounting, standard costing, and COGS.
