Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead month-end close; review GL, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Manage daily accounting ops and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely GAAP-compliant statements and policy alignment.
• Reconcile inventory with supply chain; oversee COGS and valuation.
• Process cash disbursements/receipts; oversee tax filings.
• Lead 2-3 person accounting team; partner with Controller on budgeting.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook skills.
• Experience with NetSuite.
• Apparel/manufacturing industry preferred.
