Accounting Manager, GL Operations & Intercompany

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end global month-end and quarter-end close and GL reporting.
• Lead intercompany ops: billing, settlements, transfer pricing, FX analysis.
• Operationalize new intercompany agreements, entity launches, pricing methods.
• Design and document SOX-compliant controls across GL and intercompany.
• Drive GL projects: M&A integration, new entities, ERP enhancements (NetSuite).
• Mentor and develop direct reports; foster continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA with 6+ years in accounting/finance; 2+ years managing direct reports (Big 4 preferred).
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; US GAAP and SOX 404 knowledge.
• End-to-end month-end close across multiple entities; journal entries and reconciliations.
• Led multi-entity intercompany accounting: eliminations, FX revaluations, consolidations.
• SQL proficiency; analytics tools (Snowflake, Looker); NetSuite ERP.
• Uses generative AI with human oversight to improve efficiency and quality.
