Accounting Manager, Global Entities & Intercompany

📋 Description

• Own the intercompany framework across Paxos' entities: maintain intercompany agreements with Legal
• Act as the accounting team's single point of contact for statutory audits and regulatory
• Coordinate tax compliance support with tax advisors and internal tax lead—gathering support
• Oversee the relationship rhythm with in-country accounting partners and outsourced providers so
• Lead or support entity projects such as restructurings, new-entity setup, functional-currency
• Build and maintain ownership maps, calendars, trackers and process documentation to provide

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of combined experience in public accounting and in-house accounting, with
• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA (or equivalent); strong working knowledge of US GAAP and
• Hands-on experience with intercompany accounting and transfer pricing—understanding how
• Experience coordinating statutory audits, regulatory examinations and/or tax compliance across
• Exceptional organization and program-management skills to manage concurrent workstreams, anticipate
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated success working across
