Accounting Manager II

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, establishing departmental goals, individual
• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations across assigned countries or regions, including payroll
• Ensure all financial reporting requirements, statutory obligations, and accounting deadlines are
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex accounting issues and guide team members toward
• Ensure accounting activities comply with applicable accounting standards, internal policies
• Support the Controller and business leadership during monthly close, including journal entries

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably gained within a multinational corporation
• Proven experience in a managerial or team-lead capacity, including responsibility for developing
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or a recognized professional
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, policies, and financial controls.
• Solid understanding of the full accounting close process, including journal entries, invoicing
• Experience supporting financial reporting across multiple entities, regions, or countries is
