Accounting Manager of GL & Expense

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end expense general ledger across subsidiaries.
• Lead a globally dispersed team of 3; partner with FP&A, Tax, Intl Accounting.
• Champion AI and automation across the expense GL; drive monthly/quarterly/annual close cycles.
• Drive expense workstream integrations for M&A transactions.
• Treat accounting as a strategic function; drive process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years progressive accounting experience.
• US GAAP expertise; ASC 350-40 (capitalized software) and ASC 842 (leases).
• Proven track record leading and developing accounting teams.
• AP/Procurement/T&E platforms; Ramp experience a strong plus.
• Cloud-based ERP experience; NetSuite preferred.
• Adaptive Planning or similar FP&A tool experience.
• CPA license or active candidacy.
• Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
• AI and automation mindset; ability to lead AI initiatives.
