📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of onboarding accountants, assigning responsibilities, reviewing
• Serve as the primary delivery lead for new clients after contract signing, setting expectations and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of accounting experience, including significant experience at Senior Accountant
• Strong hands-on expertise in catch-up bookkeeping and accounting cleanup, including resolving
• Experience with both for-profit and nonprofit accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent assignments and multiple client
• Previous experience leading, training, supervising, or reviewing the work of other accounting
• Excellent client communication skills, including the ability to explain complex accounting issues
