Accounting Manager (Payroll and Equity)

📋 Description

• Manage global payroll accounting and equity administration.
• Oversee outsourced payroll providers across US, APAC, and EMEA.
• Handle payroll funding, journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations via external partners.
• Manage employee and payroll provider payments and tax authority payments.
• Support retirement plan administration, payroll inquiries, and cost analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 7+ years in corporate accounting, payroll accounting, international accounting, or related finance roles.
• Strong experience managing full-cycle payroll accounting: reviews, approvals, funding, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Experience working with external payroll providers and multi-entity international environments.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, month-end close procedures, internal controls, and accounting best practices.
• Experience with payroll compliance processes and international accounting operations.
