Accounting Manager, Revenue

📋 Description

• Manage revenue accounting for SpaceXAI platform and services.
• Handle Grok API usage billing, subscriptions, and enterprise agreements.
• Prepare journal entries and monthly/quarterly reconciliations.
• Document new product initiatives to ensure GAAP-compliant accounting.
• Identify process improvements and automate revenue activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, revenue operations, sales, and legal.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• CPA license or equivalent.
• 4+ years revenue accounting experience (SaaS/tech preferred).
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with analytics/BI tools (SQL, Power BI, Superset, Alteryx) desirable.
• ERP/billing systems experience (Oracle, HubSpot, Stripe Billing) desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and data handling.
