Accounting Operations and Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end global payroll processing; manage hires, terminations, and bonuses
• Perform payroll reconciliations, reporting, audit support; document processes and controls
• Administer T&E operations including card management, expense reviews, and policy enforcement
• Oversee AP/AR; ensure timely processing, accurate coding, vendor payments, aging reports
• Lead month-end close for payroll, AP, AR; accruals and reconciliations
• Partner with People and Finance to support growth and automation improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years progressive payroll experience; ownership of U.S. payroll
• Experience managing multi-state U.S. payroll in high-growth env
• Deep knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, reporting
• Experience partnering with HR/People and Finance
• Attention to detail; independently reconcile discrepancies
• Proactive, ownership-driven; comfortable in startup environment
• Experience in hyper-growth company
• Exposure to AP/AR and T&E operations
