Accounting Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own accounting ops across procure-to-pay, payroll, expenses, and vendor mgmt.
• Design scalable workflows and drive automation for controls.
• Partner with Finance, IT & Security, Procurement, PeopleOps, and others.
• Ensure audit readiness and strong internal controls.
• Lead cross-functional process improvements and adoption of new systems.
• Support monthly close and balance sheet reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 7+ years of experience
• Experience implementing accounting systems and tooling
• Experience owning or supporting accounts payable, payroll accounting, or other ops accounting
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvements and driving adoption of new processes or systems
• Experience supporting financial statement audits and maintaining audit-ready processes and documentation
• Strong systems aptitude and experience leveraging technology to improve accounting processes
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations: cash, prepaids, fixed assets, accruals, and accounts payable
