• Work with customers to close books and improve accounting ops
• Advise finance leaders as they scale their companies
• Guide onboarding and implementation for a quick start
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product on accounting software
• Create tools, automations, and AI workflows to help customers
• Turn customer pain points into product insights and roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience at a fast-growing startup
• Passionate about delivering a world-class customer experience
• Experience with fintech stack: Ramp, Brex, Mercury, Rippling, Gusto
• Strong interest in using AI to reimagine accounting workflows
• Proven track record using AI to build scalable systems
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
